An Instagram Guide To Nashville

If you didn’t Instagram your Nashville vacation, did it even happen? Lucky for you, this city is full of prime opportunities to capture memorable moments with you and your friends. Whether it is the kitschy decor of our local hotels, the gorgeous natural scenery or our world-renowned southern cuisine, we’ve got all of the best recommendations to ensure you document your adventures with the best photos possible. Music City won’t let you down!

Graduate Hotel Rooftop

Located in the Midtown neighborhood of Nashville, The Graduate Hotel is home of the famous Dolly Parton pink face sculpture available to visit for guests staying at the hotel as well as the public. Gaze out at the skyline views from the rooftop bar and snap the perfect photo with the queen of country and sip a cocktail with your besties. The decor of The Graduate is “kitschy” at its finest. The bright pink southern flare is a theme throughout the hotel and you can’t help but feel like you’re walking through Dolly Parton’s dreamland.

I Believe In Nashville Mural

12 South is one of the most trendy (and Instagrammable) neighborhoods in Nashville and home to the famous “I Believe In Nashville” Mural which was created around the time of the 2020 tornado. Visitors line up to get a photo with the mural as well as the Draper James blue striped wall mural just on the other side of the alley.

Arrington Vineyards

For some more scenic photo ops, the countryside surrounding Nashville is full of gorgeous scenery including Arrington Vineyards. This incredible winery is located about 45 minutes from downtown Nashville and is the perfect place for a picnic and wine tasting with your favorite group of friends. It is owned by country music musician Kix Brooks from the legendary Brooks & Dunn so don’t be surprised if you spot some celebrity visitors.

Pedestrian Bridge

The Nashville skyline has become an iconic American skyline over recent years, largely due to the unique structure of the unofficially titled “Batman Building”. The famous Broadway Honkytonks are lined with neon signs and crowds of music fans filling the streets. The view from the Pedestrian Bridge is perhaps the most beautiful photo you can capture during your visit. The bridge crosses the Cumberland River which flows alongside downtown Broadway which makes it especially beautiful at night with the city lights reflecting on the water.

Hot Chicken

You can’t visit Nashville without trying our famous hot chicken and foodie pics are always a winner. If you are curious about what our favorite hot chicken restaurants are, be sure to check out our blog on our favorite Southern Eats. But in the meantime, we will direct you to the (very) popular Hattie B’s or Prince’s Hot Chicken.
